Policies

  • Guarantee  expires after 7 day from the date of getting hair done.
  • Clients are welcome to come in with their original stylist or we can recommend another stylist for them for the redo.
  • When returning for a redo service, please contact the salon within 1 weeks of original appointment date to honor the complimentary service.
  • Please note that the redo guarantee does not apply if the client decides to completely change the original look given from their last visit 1 week ago.

Complete Satisfaction Guarantee:

Curl Revolution is a team environment, and our customer satisfaction is our utmost importance. We want to ensure when you walked out our door happy – it will stay that way.  If for any reason you are unhappy with the services that were provided, or just simply needed a quick fix, we would like to have an opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services redone complimentary.










Cancellation Policy:
We now require a credit card to hold all new appointments, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required or half of the total service fee will be assessed to your credit card If you should cancel your reservation less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. We not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who may have taken your scheduled reservation time.  For this reason, we are obligated to compensate our team for their time as well as make up for lost revenue.  We require 48-hour notice on canceled or rescheduled gift certificates, multiple people/treatment reservations, and series appointments. By agreeing over the phone to make your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our cancellation policy for Curl Revolution Salon describe above. All information will be kept private and not share with anyone. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.

Late arrivals:

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. When booking your appointments within 24 hours Changes or Cancellations will be subject to a fee.

Our price structure:

Reflects the educational level of our stylists and technicians, which is determined by training and years of experience. We would also like to stress to new clients that if a Junior stylist level 3 - 2 member of staff is chosen to color or cut the hair they will always seek the confirmation of the Master Hair Artist/Owner Valdéh before they commence.

Discounts:

All Discounts are by appointment only and must be mention when making the appointment, otherwise, cannot be used at the time of service.  Valdéh does not accept discounts. All discounts valid only for Junior Stylist Level 1-3.  One Discount per customer. Discounts may not be combined with any other offer. Other restrictions may apply.


Refund Policy:
Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:

    1. Services received cannot be refunded.
    2. Tools can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days with receipt.
    3. Refunds will only be considered if presented within 30 days of purchase.
    4. No refunds are given for gift card orders.
    5. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
    6. Gift card orders are not exchangeable.

    7. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE ON HAIR PRODUCTS.

Return Policy

NO REFUNDS ON HAIR PRODUCTS.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. 
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping charges. 

We charge a 20% restocking fee. 

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. 

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we made an error. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

All returns must be shipped back to Curl Revolution using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) 

Any package that has not been received by Curl Revolution and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. 

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. 

If your package is returned to Curl Revolution marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-sh, unfortunately, need to charge a $7.99 re-shipping fee. 


Cancel Your Order

Claims
You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.


New Client Form 

By submitting the new client form  you agree to all terms and conditions specified below. 

I, the undersigned, hereby voluntarily agree to accept the services and terms noted below by any cosmetologist working at Curl Revolution for the services performed. In agreeing to have such services performed, I am fully aware that there are potential risks involved in receiving any salon service and in the use of cosmetology products and chemicals including but not limited to possible allergic, chemical, or other adverse reaction which might cause illness, injury, discomfort. I, the undersigned, herby release Curl Revolution and any cosmetologist working there of any and all liability for any harm, injury, illness, damage, claims, discomfort, demands, action, causes of action. As well as costs/expenses of any nature that I might have or that may hereafter accrue to me, arising out of or related to any such injury, illness that may be sustained by me as a result of the services provided by a cosmetologist of Curl Revolution. Further, I affirmatively state that I have no illness or health condition which might be aggravated or otherwise adversely affected by the procedures I am obtaining from Curl Revolution or any cosmetologist working there. I am aware that I may request to wear a protective eye goggles; mask; chemical gown; however, this may not serve to completely protect me and/or my property. I declare that I am competent to sign this consent and release of liability form and that I execute this document freely, knowingly, and voluntarily. I understand this form will apply to ALL VISITS and ALL SERVICES provided by Curl Revolution and employed or contracted cosmetologists. We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and pride ourselves on our exceptional team.

Non-Disparagement Protection of Reputation. Term and Conditions  [Client] Agrees will take no action which is intended, with negative reviews or would reasonably be expected, to verbally, materially harm the Salon any affiliate of the Salon, their respective businesses, Owners, officers, directors, or employees, harm the reputation of any of the foregoing Persons or entities, or which would reasonably be expected to lead to unwanted or unfavorable publicity to any of the foregoing Persons or entities. I the client agree to be held responsible and Agree to pay all legal and/or non legal fees associated with the removal of any negative reviews.

CLIENT RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE CURL REVOLUTION SALON OR OWNERS, ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ATTORNEYS, AFFILIATES, SUBCONTRACTORS, VENDORS, LANDLORDS, LESSORS, AND/OR ITS SUCESSORS IN INTEREST (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASEES”) FROM DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY, NON SATISFACTION OF SERVICES, INCLUDING DEATH OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SALON AND ITS RELATED SERVICES, INCLUDING THE USE OF THE PARKING LOT OPERATED BY THE SPA OR ITS VENDORS. 

 CLIENT FURTHER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD CURL REVOLUTION SALON, OR ANY OF ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ATTORNEYS, AFFILIATES, SUBCONTRACTORS, VENDORS, LANDLORDS, LESSORS, AND/OR ITS SUCESSORS IN INTEREST HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, OR DEMANDS, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH MATTERS ARE FILED IN A COURT WITH PROPER JURISDICTION OR THROUGH ARBITRATION, THAT MAY RESULT FROM MY USE OF THE SALON AND ITS RELATED SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS FOR BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL INJURY, SICKNESS, LOSS OF PROPERTY, AND/OR OTHER DAMAGES

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY CLICKING ON THE AGREE BOX IN THE NEW CLIENT FORM AND SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY.
